Jet9 uses two versions of a platform for hosting sites: Cloud hosting и High-availability. Both solutions are identical in functionality, performance, according to the method of placement and management of sites. It differs in the scheme and uptime level. Cloud provides the reliability and availability of sites in the general level of sectoral indicators. Clusters using a fully redundant infrastructure in multiple data centers provides high availability of the website and the minimum recovery time (several minutes) for any accidents and violations in the operation of the equipment, network or data center as a whole.

For both variants of the platform we offer service level agreements (SLA), which describes the platform we provide a guarantee of efficiency for Web sites and accept our responsibility for the operation in the form of compensation for breach of warranty. - Penalties for violation of the guarantee of availability or recovery time

Cloud hosting

Cloud hosting provides the reliability required for most tasks. It can be personal sites or company websites, forums, help systems, file and photo archives, online shopping with a small attendance, etc.

Sites at Jet9 cloud hosting uses a storage area network with independent file servers and cloud computing of performing servers. Storage Area Network implements RAID level 1 mirror and painlessly tolerate the failure of disk or server. High-availability cluster

Hosting on a failover cluster designed for applications where any failure is undesirable, especially long downtime occurred during working time or visited. It can be both internal corporate services (workflows, file storage, document management, accounting), and public Internet services (online shopping, help systems, corporate websites).

For sites using failover clusters Jet9, organizedwith fully redundant infrastructure in multiple geographically distributed data centers. In normal servers functioning on the equipment located in the same data center, while in the other data center is in hot standby redundant equipment. All server data is replicated from the first data center to the second. If the problems in the first data center servers automatically switches to the backup in the data center.It provides data integrity and service operation not only with individual failures in the equipment, but also in the larger accident, until the complete termination of a data center or its destruction.
